ORDER

This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025.

2. This case is registered for alleged offences under Section 279, 147, 325, 323, 352 of IPC r/w.149 of IPC. It can be seen that the mother case in CC.No.105 of 2012 was proceeded further against the other accused and ended in acquittal. Due to the passage of time, a meaningful trial is unlikely, and no useful purpose would be served.
