ASHA, J., These petitions are filed seeking to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 6 in this C.M.P as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant viz., P.Devaraja Naicker and rank them as appellants 2 to 6 in the above Second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment and post the matter on 21.02.2023.
