O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police ie., Inspector of Police, Vadalore Police Station, Vadalore to register the FIR as per the CSR No.212 of 2022 dated 08.04.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had executed Power of Attorney Deed executed in favour of one Dhakshinamoorthy. Without the knowledge of the petitioner, property of the petitioner was sold. When he questioned about the same, the accused threatened the petitioner. In this regard, complaint has been given to the second respondent, but till now no action was taken. Therefore, present petition is filed.

3. In response, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry in C.S.R.No.212 of 2022 has been conducted and the same has been closed, since the dispute between the parties is civil in nature.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government

Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
