PRAYER IN W.P.No.26847/2004 : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 4th respondent in Lr.Rc.No.20173/Affln.II(2)/03 dated 03.09.2004 quash the same and direct respondents to permit the petitioner to admit 40 students to the BSMS course during the academic year 2004-2005.
