The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction would submit that the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to file appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer concerned against the order passed by the Tahsildar which is impugned herein.

2. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
