This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 to 3 to treat the application and permit the petitioner to participate in the 2022-2023 ASUH Courses (B.A.M.S/B.S.M.S./B.H.MS./B.U.M.S) counseling under ST category and admit the petitioner otherwise she is eligible under government quota or private quota or self finance quota or management quota without insisting upon the production of community certificates.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
