The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Contempt Petition and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement so made, the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this contempt petition, as the contempt petition itself is premature, since the order copy was made ready only on 23.10.2024. The Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the order in W.P.No.16620 of 2016 dated 20.06.2024 to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
