Prayer in Crl.RC.No.2045 of 2023: Criminal Revision Case filed under Section 397 read with Section 401 Cr.P.C. to call for the records of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Attur in C.M.P.No.3221 of 2023 in M.C.No.11 of 2021 dated 23.09.2023 and set aside the same and further directing the first respondent to submit the concerned respondent, the son of the first respondent for doing DNA test and submitting the report in detail.

ORDER
Today, this matter has been listed under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Attur.
2. It is seen from the records, while disposing the Criminal Revisions in Crl.R.C.No.2045 of 2023 and 133 of 2024, this Court, by an order dated 12.03.2025, directed to give opportunity to the petitioner and take samples for DNA test from the petitioner and the respondents and conduct DNA test and on receipt of DNA test report, the Magistrate is directed to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. However, the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Attur, has sent a communication dated 03.07.2025 in D.No.817/2025, narrating the sequence of proceedings in CMP No.3221 of 2023 in M.C.No.11 of 2021 and sought for further period to dispose of the said case.
3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant further period of six months time to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Attur, to dispose of the case in CMP No.3221 of 2023 in M.C.No.11 of 2021 from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order.
