O R D E R

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has already filed the Miscellaneous Petition in W.M.P. No. 32994 of 2023 in W.P. No. 9711 of 2022 seeking extension of time to pay the balance sum of Rs. 50,00,000/- in terms of the order dated 02.03.2023 in W.P. Nos. 12140 of 2013 and 9711 of 2022 passed by the Court. In such circumstances, he seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner to seek further relief depending upon the outcome of the said Miscellaneous Petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
