O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction, to direct the first respondent to provide Police protection to the petitioner at his residence situated at No.5, Sabari Salai, Madipakkam, Chennai-600 091.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that some persons are giving life threat to the petitioner, hence Police protection may be ordered at the residence of the petitioner. 3.Heard Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent.

4.Considering the submissions made by both sides and also on perusal of the materials available on record, this Court is not inclined to grant Police protection to the petitioner. However, 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

it is ordered that the first respondent to conduct an enquiry with regard to the complaint given by the petitioner on 19.11.2019 and dispose of the complaint, in accordance with law. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
