This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.382 of 2017 registered on 20.04.2017 pending on the file of 1st respondent and file charge sheet before the concerned Court within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though first respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 20.04.2017, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the first respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In view of the above, the first respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
