Motion is made for speaking to the minutes in respect of the order dated 1.4.2024 passed in the writ petition.

It is submitted that in paragraph

(2) of the order dated 1.4.2024 instead of Survey No.185/26, only Survey No.185 is mentioned, so also the name of the counsel for the petitioners is wrongly mentioned.

In the light of that, in paragraph

(2) of the order dated 1.4.2024, instead of Survey No.185, the same be corrected as Survey No.185/26. The name of the counsel for the petitioners be corrected as Mr.Arun Kasi, instead of Mr.SP.Aadithya Cholan.

The Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections.

The motion is disposed of accordingly.
