While disposing of this Civil Revision Petition on 16.12.2019, this Court directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Hosur, to dispose of REA No.1 of 2018 in REP No.22 of 2010 in LAOP No.485 of 1996, within a period of three weeks from the date on which the order copy was made ready.

2. Thereafter, in an earlier occasion, this Court has received a communication from the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Hosur, seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 16.12.2019. On being satisfied with the reasons stated by the learned Trial Judge, this Court has granted a further period of three months to comply with the order.

3. Again on 27.11.2020, this Court has received a letter from the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Hosur, for extension of time for the disposal of REA No.1 of 2018 in REP No.22 of 2010 in LAOP No.485 of 1996.

4. On perusal of the letter dated 27.11.2020, the learned Judge has expressed certain genuine difficulties for not complying with the orders of this Court within a time frame.

5. Accordingly, the time sought for by the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Hosur (FAC), is extended by three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 16.12.2019 passed by this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.

6. Registry is directed to furnish a copy of this order to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Hosur (FAC).
