This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent herein to hand over the Yamaha RX 100 bike bearing Registration No.TN33 Y 8933 to the petitioner, which is kept in illegal custody by the second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that already the said vehicle has been handed over to the petitioner and he has also acknowledged the same.

4. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
