Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KINGSLY SOLOMON J., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY, PUBLIC PROSECUTOR(PUDUCHERRY) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to extend the time for executing the sureties as per the order dated 01.11.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.15576 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.1169 of 2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner expressed inability of the petitioner to comply with the order of this Court dated 01.11.2019, stating that he sustained injury in an accident and due to the same, he was in continuous medical treatment for 72 days. Hence, the learned counsel sought to extend the time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner along with the medical reports produced today, this Court is inclined to extend the time. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the time is extended by four weeks from today, failing which the order dated 01.11.2019 shall stand vacated without further reference to this Court.
