The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 34 days in filing the Revision petition against the impugned order dated 13.07.2023 in M.C.No.353 of 2021 passed by the III Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2. Mr.R.Charan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
