O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet maintained by the third respondent under H.S.No.290 of 2021 based on the petitioner's representations dated 18.03.2024 and 01.04.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents/police and perused the materials available on record.

3. The respondents have filed their counter wherein, it is stated that since the petitioner/accused has acted in a manner prejudicial to peace and tranquillity in the locality, the following cases were registered as against the petitioner.
