This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Saturday at 10.30a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Court in Crl.M.P.No.16258 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17137 of 2023 dated 10.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., before the trial Court and apart from the court hearing dates till the completion of the trial.
