JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) Both the learned counsel for the appellant and the respondent are present. 2.Exercising much prudence and with the help and assistance of the learned counsels and with the further assistance of Mediators, the appellant and the respondent have entered into a settlement agreement during the Mediation Session held on 06.02.2026. A report had been forwarded by the Mediation and Conciliation Centre enclosing the original settlement agreement which had been signed by both the appellant and the respondent and both learned counsels. 3.The appeal is disposed of in accordance with the settlement agreement. The settlement agreement shall form part of this judgment and decree. In view of the fact that the appeal has been settled through mediation, the appellant is entitled for refund of Court fee in accordance with the Rules.
