This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court dated 30.08.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21172 of 2024 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day, at 10.30 am, until further orders".

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 71 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner on 30.08.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.21172 of 2024 in para 6(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am, until further orders.
