This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.21131 of 2023 dated 20.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e.,on any working day at 10.30a.m., for three months and thereafter as and when required.
