ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned award of the Hon'ble III Additional Labour Court, Chennai, in I.D.No.114/2009.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 24.08.2023, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 29.08.2023. When the matter was taken for hearing on 29.08.2023, once again there was no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 31.08.2023 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for Dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
