This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police, monthly twice i.e., on the first and last working day of every month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders, by this Court in Crl.MP.No.18016 of 2023 dated 15.11.2023.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Sessions Judge, Principal POCSO Court, Salem.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.MP.No.18016 of 2023 dated 15.11.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Principal POCSO Court, Salem, on the third working day of January 2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Sessions Judge.

4. With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
