This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police, in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, by this Court in Crl.MP.No.10089 of 2023 dated 25.07.2023.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.MP.No.10089 of 2023 dated 25.07.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore, on 05.12.2024 and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate.

4. With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
