This petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to surrender before the lower Court in pursuance with order dated 30.10.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.17239 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.22733 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 05.01.2024 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
