This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Principal Special Judge for EC & NDPS Act cases, Chennai, on every working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.22619 of 2024 dated 13.09.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Principal Special Judge for EC & NDPS Act cases, Chennai.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.22619 of 2024 dated 13.09.2024 in para No.6(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Principal Special Judge for EC & NDPS Act cases, Chennai, on the first working day of December 2024, at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Sessions Judge.

4. With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
