W.M.P.No.41645 of 2025 in W.P.No.4513 of 2019 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to implead the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner in the above writ petition.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent would submit that she has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. In view of the above submission and on perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is satisfied and is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the above writ petition.
