This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21062 of 2024 dated 30.08.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the Investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
