The first respondent died on 25.01.2023. He was unmarried and his mother is also no more. Therefore, the brothers of the deceased first respondent are proposed to be brought on record the legalheirs of the deceased first respondent.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary and consequential amendment in the main writ petition and post the writ petition after two weeks.
