PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Declaration declaring that the land acquisition proceedings initiated under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in respect of land to an extent of 47.5 cents comprised in S.F.No.158/13 situated Thiruvanmiyur Village, Chennai Corporation covered by notification issued under Section 4(1) of Land Acquisition Act, 1894 vide G.O.Rt.No.486, Housing Department dated 14.09.73 and the same was published in Government Gazette Notification No.4956 of 1973 dated 24.10.73 and declaration under Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act vide G.O.No.1133 Housing Department dated 10.10.1975 and same was published in Government Notification No.3837 of 75 dated 05.11.1975 deemed to have lased in view of Section 24(2) of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-Settlement Act, 2013.
