This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28337 of 2022 on 18.11.2022 to stay at Salem and report before the Salem Town Police Station daily at at 10;30am, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.
