ORDER

Cont P.No. 2124 of 2019 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the contemnor submitted that in the State Advisory Board meeting held on 17.02.2020, taking note of the fact that no case is pending against the detenu, the request made was rejected. 3.In such view of the matter, we do not find any wilful disobedience of the order passed. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. 4.However, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law. The contemnor is directed to serve the rejection order to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the same has not been served already.
