C.M.P.No.26158 of 2024 in C.R.P.S.R.No.151342 of 2024 N. SATHISH KUMAR.J., This petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 91 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.No serious objection has been raised by the learned counsel appearing for respondent.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner, a liberal approach has been adopted to condone the delay, in order to render substantial justice. Hence, the present petition is ordered as prayed for.
