This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of certified copy of order dated 30.12.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No. 16204 of 2024 on the file of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore in the above petition.

2. The learned counsel for Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner has filed application for issuance of certified copy of order, but the same is not made ready till date. Hence, he may be permitted to produce xerox copy of order. Accordingly, he filed the present petition praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
