This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.8181 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.1875 of 2023 dated 21.06.2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30a.m., for a further period of two months and thereafter, as and when required.
