This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday morning at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.20494 of 2023 dated 15.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once on any working day at 10.30a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required.
