This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.13295 of 2019 in Crime No.488 of 2019 dated 08.11.2019 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, thereby imposed the condition that the petitioner should produce one blood surety.

Today when this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
