The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.276 of 2023 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Attur.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 26.11.2024, I called for a report from the learned Trial Judge to state as to how long he requires to dispose of the said suit.

3. The learned Subordinate Judge at Attur, Salem District has submitted a report stating that after marking documents on the side of the plaintiff, counsel appearing for the plaintiff filed a change of vakalat on 13.01.2024. The report further states that as many as 2767 cases are pending before him at various stages under several heads. The defendants have also filed a petition seeking injunction and the same is going to be taken on file. Now the suit has been posted on 10.12.2024 for crossexamination of P.W.1. Therefore, he requests 1 1⁄2 years to dispose of the said suit.

4.Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge at Attur, Salem District, to dispose of O.S.No.276 of 2023 within a period of one year 2/4

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
