(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) When the petitioner's eldest daughter Vinnarasi born on 23.07.2005 and aged about 19 years had gone missing from the petitioner's house, the complaint came to be registered in Crime No.812 of 2023 dated 22.10.2023. In this background, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is filed.
2. Today, when the matter is called for, the petitioner and her daughter were produced before this Court. We had interacted with he petitioner's daughter and she stated that she married one Vijay on 30.10.2023 and now living at No.61/1, Mariyamman Koil Street, Seliyambadi Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District. She also stated that she would very shortly shift her matrimonial residence to Ranganathapuram Village at Kallakurichi Taluk and District, which is very close the petitioner's house. She also stated that she would be in touch with the petitioner and her family.
3. In view of the marriage taken by a major girl and by taking into account that she had lawfully married the said Vijay, who is also a major, we do not intent to pass any further orders in this Habeas Corpus Petition. In view of the submission of the petitioner's daughter, the petitioner and his family members are at liberty to visit the petitioner's daughter as and when they desire.
