This application has been filed seeking to amend respondent as Inspector of Police, CSCID, Villupuram. In view of the fact that the said respondent is the investigating agency, petition stands allowed.

2.Registry may carry out the necessary amendment both in the petition in Crl.OP.No.15135 of 2023 and also in the order granting anticipatory bail dated 17.7.2023 and issue fresh order copy. Time is extended for producing sureties till 15.12.2023.
