This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant seeking to condone the delay of 3 days in filing the above Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant and learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3. Despite service of notice to the first respondent and her name having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of her.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly, ordered.
