This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.3 imposed upon the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.15651 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.19144 of 2022 dated 17.10.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once on any working day at 10.30a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, relaxed.
