By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction to the 3rd respondent to pay a sum of Rs.1,48,500/- as per his representation dated 22.08.2024.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner executed certain works for the 3rd respondent-Corporation and raised bills for the same. The 3rd respondent honoured bill partially and still a sum of Rs.1,48,500/- is due. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 22.08.2024 requesting the 3rd respondent to pay the balance amount. The said representation has not been considered by the 3rd respondent till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Additional Government Pleader, who is 2/5

taking notice for the respondents, would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 22.08.2024 will be considered by the 3rd respondent in accordance with law.

5. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.08.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
