The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of D.V.C.No.7 of 2022 on the file of the learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Ranipet.
2. When the matter came up for admission on 25.11.2024, I called for a report from the learned Trial Judge to state as to how long he requires to dispose of D.V.C.No.7 of 2022.
3. The learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet has submitted a report stating that the petitioner, after filing D.V.C.No.7 of 2022, has come forward with Crl.M.P.No.1985 of 2022 seeking residential order and obtained an order on 07.01.2023. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed an application for execution of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1985 of 2022. Subsequently, she has withdrawn the same, since the respondents have paid the amounts due towards rent. The report further states that the case has been listed on 03.12.2024 for appearance of the respondents and also for complainant's side evidence. Therefore, he requests one month time to dispose of the said DVC. 2/4
4.Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Ranipet, to dispose of D.V.C.No.7 of 2022 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
