JUDGMENT
(Delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) It appears that the original matter in which the interim order was passed, might have been finally disposed of. The impugned order is simply a confirmation of the interim order passed in the main proceedings. The appeal is not being pursued and none is present on behalf of the appellant, as it might have been rendered infructuous in the above circumstances.
2. Writ Appeal is accordingly consigned to records. No costs. Connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
