PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.11.2017 and mark the boundaries by measuring the property of the petitioner situated in Survey No.626 of Vaniampalayam Village, Villupuram Taluk and District within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Mr.M.Tamilarasan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondent. Heard both. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking to consider his representation for conducting a survey in respect of his property situated at Survey No.626 of Vaniampalayam Village, Villupuram Taluk and District.

3. The learned Government Advocate, who has accepted notice for the respondent, submits on instructions that the survey is going to be conducted today i.e 03.12.2019.

4. In the light of the said submission, no direction is required to be issued in this writ petition except to record the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
