ORDER

(Order of the court was delivered by R. MAHADEVAN, J) The relief sought in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent, Bar Council of Tamil Nadu & Puducherry to take action against the 13th respondent on the basis of the complaint bearing No.308 of 2019 dated 26.07.2019 filed by the petitioner under Section 35 of the Advocates Act and punish him in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent, on instructions, submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was taken into consideration and enquiry is pending before the Disciplinary Committee. Thus, according to the learned counsel, nothing survives for further adjudication herein. 3.The aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the third respondent has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.Recording the above, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
