This petition has been filed to accept the cause title in the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that at the time of accident, the claimants 3 to 5 were minors, however, they were declared as major on 01.11.2023 vide MP.Nos.4, 6 and 8 of 2023 before the Tribunal. However, prior to the said declaration, the order has been passed by the Tribunal on 20.02.2023, due to which, the claimants 3 to 5 were mentioned as minors in the judgment and decree dated 20.02.2023. Therefore, he requests this Court to accept the cause title in the above appeal.

3. By recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and list the above appeal in the regular course.
