ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.09.2025, the learned counsel undertook to file the translated copy of the proceedings and other documents available in Tamil language, on the next hearing date. Recording the same, this Court passed a conditional order directing the learned counsel for the petitioner to produce the translated copy of the documents on 18.09.2025, failing which, the writ petition will be dismissed. Accordingly, the matter stood adjourned to 18.09.2025. However, even today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not produced the translated copy and has failed to comply with the orders of this Court. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.
