Heard Mrs. Dakshayani Reddy, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.Baladhandayutham, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First and Second Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First to Third and Fifth Respondents to initiate action against the Fourth Respondent based upon the letter dated 13.04.2017 issued by the Sixth Respondent and other complaints received from the students and the teachers within the time limit that may be fixed by this Court.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that by efflux of time, the relief sought in this Writ Petition does not remain for consideration, and she has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
